At Falcon Pet, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.
Your Right to Cancel
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
- To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at info@falconpet.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened grooming products
- Used pet beds or carriers
- Opened feeding accessories
- Any item that has been used or damaged after delivery
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive confirmation by email
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
